Last updated: 12 June 2026By accessing, registering, or using any part of the judiku platform ("Platform"), you ("Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with judiku's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and judiku ("judiku", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the Platform accessible at judiku.app. judiku operates under an internationally recognised gaming authority licence. The Platform is not licensed or regulated by any Malaysian government authority, and it is the sole responsibility of each player to verify that their participation complies with applicable local laws.
2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of judiku is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you declare and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. judiku reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending resolution, and winnings accrued during any period of unverified age may be forfeited.
2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation in online gaming activities is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. judiku makes no representations as to the legality of the Platform in any specific jurisdiction. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited is done at the player's own risk and is grounds for account closure.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following categories of persons are not eligible to hold a judiku account: (a) employees of judiku or any affiliated entity; (b) immediate family members of the foregoing; (c) persons currently subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with judiku or any associated platform; (d) persons who have previously had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
3.1 Accuracy of Information. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You must notify judiku promptly of any changes to your registered information. judiku is not liable for any losses arising from outdated contact details, including failure to receive security verification communications.
3.2 One Account Rule. Each player is permitted to maintain only one registered account with judiku. The operation of multiple accounts, whether simultaneously or sequentially, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited in their entirety.
3.3 Account Security. You are wholly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. judiku will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). judiku is required to conduct identity verification ("Know Your Customer") procedures in accordance with its licence obligations. You agree to provide identification documents and supporting evidence of payment method ownership upon request. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. judiku accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved payment methods displayed at the time of transaction, which include but are not limited to Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank transfers. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Own-Name Requirement. All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the player's own legal name, matching the registered judiku account name. Payments made from or to third-party accounts will be declined and may trigger an account review.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed at the point of request. judiku does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, fees imposed by payment providers are the player's responsibility.
4.4 Currency. The judiku Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All displayed balances, bet values, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in MYR. judiku is not responsible for any currency conversion charges applied by the player's financial institution.
5.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional credits issued by judiku are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of offer. General bonus terms include minimum wagering requirements before withdrawal, game contribution weightings, maximum eligible bet sizes while a bonus is active, and expiry periods.
5.2 Abuse Prevention. judiku reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reclaim bonus credits where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, collusion between accounts, or patterns consistent with exploitation of promotional mechanics.
5.3 No Entitlement. Participation in any promotion or the receipt of any bonus is at judiku's sole discretion. Players have no legal entitlement to any bonus or promotional offer.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the judiku Platform is governed by its individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the game rules shall prevail with respect to that game's operation.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, judiku reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings generated as a direct result of a demonstrable technical error are not payable. judiku's determination of technical malfunction events is final.
6.3 Bet Acceptance. judiku reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet has been placed in error, where an account is under review, or where the acceptance of a bet would be contrary to judiku's risk management policies.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the judiku Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, judiku's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. judiku shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. judiku makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.
judiku reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which judiku holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through judiku's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
